Content Studio

Turn recordings into content your team can ship.

Content Studio is where marketing teams repurpose demos, webinars, and interviews already in Videco: find moments, trim and caption clips, apply your brand, and export for social. The same platform hosts the full recording, powers personalized landing pages on your /v/ links, captures leads, and adds VideoObject JSON-LD on every public watch page.

Clip preview

Prototype

Built on your library

Upload and organize source video with Videco hosting, then open the same file in Content Studio when you are ready to repurpose it.

Brand once, reuse everywhere

Pair clip exports with player branding, motion templates, and caption styling so campaign content matches your product.

Landing pages on your link

Turn /v/{shareSlug} into a campaign page with headlines, CTAs, calendar embeds, and merge tags without changing the URL your team already sends.

Leads without another tool

Add an optional email capture on the landing page. Submissions show up in Leads with video context and export to CSV for your CRM.

Video SEO included

Public watch pages automatically include schema.org VideoObject JSON-LD from title, description, thumbnail, and duration.

Client approval flows

Share a review link so clients approve shorts and copy without a Videco login. Track what is approved vs. what needs changes.

What you get

  • Start from videos already in your Videco library
  • Review suggested moments and short-form clip ideas
  • Trim, caption, and brand clips before export
  • Send packs for client review with magic links
  • Publish enhanced landing pages on the same share slug
  • Personalize copy with {{name}}, {{company}}, and URL fallbacks
  • Optional lead form with thank-you message; rows in Leads + CSV export
  • VideoObject structured data on public watch pages for search
  • Keep source files, clips, and share links in one project

Beyond the clip

One workflow from recording to pipeline

Content Studio is the starting point. When you are ready to send video outbound, Videco landing pages, lead capture, and structured data sit on the same share links you already use for hosting.

Landing pages & lead gen

Share links that sell, not just play

After you export clips, send prospects to the same /v/ URL with an enhanced landing page: custom headline and body, primary and secondary CTAs, Calendly or Cal.com, chapter jumps, and {{name}} / {{company}} from the query string. Toggle publish when copy is ready; turn it off anytime for the minimal watch page.

Explore landing pages
  • Personalized outbound

Add ?name=Alex&company=Acme to the link. Headlines and body can reflect who you are emailing without rebuilding the page.

  • Book the next step

Embed scheduling, reveal it after a watch threshold, and pair with end-card CTAs so demos convert to meetings.

  • Lead capture form

Optional name and email fields on the landing page, plus a custom thank-you message after submit.

  • Leads workspace

Every submission lands in Leads with video, URL params, and timestamps. Filter by video and export CSV for HubSpot, Salesforce, or sheets.

Built-in video SEO

Structured data on every public watch page

Whether you use the classic watch layout or a full landing page, public /v/ pages include schema.org VideoObject JSON-LD. Search engines get title, description, thumbnail, and duration from the video record you already maintain in Videco.

Player, watch pages & sharing
  • VideoObject JSON-LD

Injected in the page head on share URLs. No WordPress plugin or hand-written script tags for hosted video.

  • Metadata stays in sync

Update the video in your library and public SEO fields follow on the next request.

  • Open Graph too

Social previews use your thumbnail and landing headline when a personalized page is published.

  • Embeds stay lightweight

Structured data lives on watch pages; /embed players stay focused on playback for your site.

How the lead form fits in

In the video editor, open Landing page for any video with a share slug. Enable the page, write headline and body (merge tags supported), set CTAs, and turn on Lead form when you want email capture. Choose a thank-you message viewers see after submit. Hit Save & publish so the enhanced page goes live on your existing link. Submissions sync to Leads in the app sidebar, where you can filter by video and export a CSV.
